Tired Mums' Club was founded in 2024. After having her daughters in 2020 & 2021 Emily found it hard balancing family life and fitness. She decided to pursue her passion for fitness and set up Tired Mums’ Club with the aim of bringing fitness and connections to all mums of all fitness levels. The focus of Tired Mums' Club is to empower and support women on their health & fitness journey.
All our classes are suitable for any mum following 6-8 week post natal check.
Emily has a BSc (hons) in Sports Science and is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with pre & post natal qualifications, amongst other specialisms.

Weekly Classes
Tuesday 11am at Lardner Hall, The Ghyll, Pevensey Road, Southwater RH13 9XZ
Thursday 9.30am at the Lardner Hall, The Ghyll, Pevensey Road, Southwater RH13 9XZ
Friday 10.30am at St John's Church. Broadbridge Heath RH12 3LD
45 minute exercise class followed by coffee & social.

"I have always struggled to enjoy exercise but after having my second baby I was feeling so unfit and lacked the energy needed to run around after 2 little girls! Tired Mums Club was recommended on a Facebook group and I thought I’d give it a go!
It’s great, I can bring the baby and have been enjoying the sessions so much that I’ve now started doing 2 a week. A few weeks in and I’m already feeling stronger with more energy which is exactly what I was looking for. Emily and the other Mums are super friendly, so if you’re nervous about trying something new, just give it a go, you may just find what you’re looking for!"
