Personal training sessions offer motivation, encouragement and guidance to work towards your goals. Additionally a personal traininer will help you to set realistic and acheivable goals and help you stay on track to meet them.

Why choose Emily?
Emily is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with a variety of certificates including Pre and Post Natal, and Nutrition & Weight Management as well as a BSc (hons) in Sports Science. Emily is fully insured, DBS checked and first aid trained.

Outside of the qualifications Emily is a mum to two young daughters who she is hoping to inspire to become strong women. Emily has tried most fad diets and ultimately found they didn't work, opting for healthy lifestyle changes instead. Emily now competes regularly at Hyrox, and completed the TCS London Marathon for The UK Sepsis Trust in 2024.
