Fitness classes for mums of all abilities. Bring the children and enjoy a post work out coffee with our stay & play.

Tired Mums' Club was founded in 2024. After having her daughters in 2020 & 2021 Emily found it hard balancing family life and fitness. Having a history in sports science and becoming a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with Level 3 Pre & Post Natal qualifications, Emily decided to pursue her passion for fitness and set up Tired Mums’ Club with the aim of bringing fitness and wellbeing to all mums of all fitness levels. The focus of Tired Mums' Club is for those lacking in childcare wanting to do something for themselves. All our classes are suitable for recently post partum mums' but as your fitness progresses we will challenge you to achieve your best. 

Weekly classes 

Monday 11.15am at The Venue BBH FC, Broadbridge Heath RH12 3YS, 

Tuesday 11am at Lardner Hall, The Ghyll, Pevensey Road, Southwater RH13 9XZ 

Thursday 9.30am at the Lardner Hall, The Ghyll, Pevensey Road, Southwater RH13 9XZ

Friday 10am at St Johns' Church. Broadbridge Heath RH12 3LD

45 minute exercise class followed by coffee & social.

Bring the kids and enjoy a post workout coffee with stay & play.
